Improvisational theatre is a very old form of unscripted acting, that today is normally seen performed as fun games and funny scenes. Improv has been the start for many of today's popular comedy stars, like Will Ferrell and Melissa McCarthy. Improv offers benefits even to those who don't seek stardom through increased confidence, renewed creativity, and a supportive, creative community.

My name is Javier Gilmore, and I have been learning, performing, and teaching improv for over 16 years in Phoenix, Arizona. I am passionate about the amazing power of improv to improve individual lives and the community as a whole. My dream is to help build a thriving improv community in the Globe / Miami area.
